They need to be on your terms because diets that actually work for you aren’t those that just work for the week biofit. Using those easy, but proven tricks for long-term weight loss! I’m talking about a diet that includes lots of lean proteins (like low carb meat), plenty of fresh vegetables (no more potato soup for you! ), complex carbohydrates (sweet potatoes, yams, brown rice, etc.
Another thing I’ve found to be very effective is intermittent fasting. You can’t really call it a diet, but more like a “power detoxification” diet, where you only eat certain foods for specific amounts of time.
